One of the most beautiful places in the world
I don't mean to boast, but sometimes I can't help but feel blessed to live in one of the most beautiful places on earth. Sure, there are dark, drizzly days here, but as you can see in the photos below, April showers (and May squalls, and June downpours) bring many flowers.
In the background of some of these photos are views of the Issaquah Alps (Squak and Tiger Mountains pictured). We drink in this beautiful scenery daily, and on this day we made time to actually stop and smell the flowers on a delightful afternoon hike. Wish you were with us.
